I would like some ESH on when you first started working the Traditions with your sponsor.

Alot depends on the sponsor.
I may put some tradition worksheets under the step and tradition area

I had addicts that where responsible for the writing of the basic text.
Most that are around now,that werent given it along with the steps,or are waiting for some aproved guidelines,like the step guide,are in for a long wait

My sponsor has me work step one in the swg, then we go over it. Then I work the first tradition with a tradition worksheet that she supplies me with. Then we go over that. We do this with all the steps and traditions. That way I become familiar with the steps and the traditions through the process. I am very involved in service works, so I am truly grateful that she has me do this, cause the traditions are very important in service.

Greg P,WHO SPONSORED ME,WAS AFRAID THAT folks would become too dependant on the step guide,and laziness,and that we would forget about the true value of sponsorship.
It sounds like you have a good sponsor Lee.
I have just been taught that that we have alot of tools to use in the program,but the tools arent the program.
