Nervous talking about my progress in not smoking. I have noticed a pattern with me, that every time i bring up how many days i have, i smoke. When hubby says, "I am proud of you", I smoke. I dont know how to say what i want to say here. Its like i cant talk about it without it turning into an issue and then i ended up going to get cigs. I am nervous but i am just gonna say i havent smoked today. I dont know about tomorrow all i know is that right now i am not smoking.
