As I lie down at night, I review my day. I may not cover all the subjects mentioned in the above post (Shoot, I couldn't even remember them all - dain bramage, y'know), but I do try to find where I was in the wrong place spiritually and see if I have brought anybody any harm by it. If so, I make ammends as quickly as possible, "except when to do so would harm them or others." (In such cases, I can only ask my Creator for forgiveness and ask Him to help me make progress).

My morning meditation and prayer and my evening inventory are two of the most valuable tools in my recovery.
