MORNING PRAYER
God I ask you to direct my thinking, I especially asking that to be divorced from self-pity, dishonest or self-seeking motives. God as I go about my day I may face indecision. I may not be able to determine which course to take. God I ask you for inspiration, an intuitive thought or a decision. God help me relax and take it easy. God help me with the struggles of today, and not take that first drink. AMEN

NIGHT PRAYER
God if I have been resentful, selfish, dishonest or afraid today forgive me. God help me to not keep anything to myself but to discuss it with another person. God show me where I owe an apology and help me make it. God help me to be kind and loving to all people. God use me as your tool in the mainstream of life. God remove worry, remorse or morbid reflections that I may be usefulness to you God and others. AMEN
