posted that article from the Tampa Times,It was a recoveryhouse that had NA meetings, No we haven't had no 1 torch a clubhouse/church/ recoveryhouse , theirs 5 Aleno Clubs in the Metro Detroit Area ,3 of them have guards patroling the parking lot & property .& 3 of them look like MC Clubs in the summertime .
In 90-95 ? memorys shot We got tossed from a church ,some crackhead who wasn't even a part of the fellowship, snuck into the meeting & hid out until after We closed up, then proceded to raid the joint, all the gold challaces ,crosses & the bells, the pastor informed the treasure & we were notified @ the next meeting ,Pastor pleaded no questions asked just return the bells , I guess they parish saved for over 7 yrs $20,000 had them flown to the Vatican & blessed by the Pope , a week later the cops collered the perp , Dummy took the Bells to the Paw shop & gave his own ID as proof of ownership , We were cleared of all wrong doing ,but Were still asked to vacate .........
We got tossed recientlly in Ferndale the church on wed looked like A Bar @ Bikeweek in Daytona .......the parking lot had over 50 bikes lined up every Wed & The neighbors complained as the crack of throttled Harleys leaving in unison put a few pacemakers on overtime .
Oh n the shooting in Detroit on the east side 2 1/2 yrs ago ,Some jealous fool ,seen his x girlfriend doing the Bump with another Man @ a dance & commenced to shootin, 4 were hit, the x & I belive an inocent bystander were the 2 that died .
Last count 3 yrs ago ,Bumanni the Regional chair did a workshop @ DACNA ,'Violence in Recovery' & over 150 incidents have been reported .............. 88 I Witnesed a guy slip into the meeting @ the Downriver Aleno Club walk up on his girlfriend & slit her throut from ear to ear . A meeting is only as strong as it's worst bad link ,1 ass can effect the whole AREA for months ...................
ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO, I READ A STORY ABOUT AN NA CLUBHOUSE THAT WAS BURGLARIZED AND BURNED DOWN SOMEWHERE IN TEXAS..................HAS ANY OF YOUR AREA HAD THIS PROBLEM ?ARE WE A REAL THREAT TO DEALERS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE YOU HAVE MEETINGS ?HAS YOUR FELLOWSHIP BEEN ASKED TO MOVE BECAUSE OF THE BURLY LOOKING ELEMENT THAT ATTENDS YOUR MEETINGS ?

However, in asking for the dollar per person, she said the reason was because,,,,"you people have some nice rides out there".
