:17: Hi China, I find for me as long as i keep things fairly simple i can stay pretty focused. Of course i use my Higher Power who i choose to call God to keep me going the right direction. I spend alot of time focusing on Him.

Be careful with too much :162: it gets me in trouble every time. I'm better off just going to meetings, listening and actually doing what is suggested.
