Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this forum but not new to recovery. I have been sober for over ten years but because of a physical disability I can't get out to many meetings. The fellowship where I live is great but I need something like this forum to keep out the stinkin' thinkin'. I look forward to my new experience in this recovery forum. God Bless.

Thanks for your welcome and I absolutely adore cats. I have two beauties that are mostly Maine Coon - they are gorgeous and they're names are Casey and Finnegan. I don't know if you remember Mr. Dressup the children's show from a "few" years ago - it was my favourite. So I named my boys after Casey and Finnegan. They are important in my recovery as I can't get out to many meetings because I have a serious back disability. This sharing is very important to me so please stay in touch. God Bless.

hello catsaremylife, it's a pleasure meeting you. Just to let you know, there is a forum in here called journals where you can post your thoughts. I look back at mine and see how far I have come since first finding this site. It helped me more than I can say. The peeps in here are a significant part of my recovery and I thank that I was fortunate to meeting everyone. Hope it does the same for you.
