:67: pearl! :17: :42: Glad to have you join us here. You can share with us here. We also have an Online Journal forum on the board here that some use in their everyday recovery life. It is here http://www.cyberrecovery.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=29 . Feel free to start a journal of your own there to share in also. I look forward to getting to know you better. Keep coming and sharing. We are here for you. :42:

I'm Kai, I'm an alcoholic.

You can share anything here. You may be surprised to find how many of us have the same "stuff". Keep coming back.

Hi Pearl, My name is joseph. Remember that this program is about progress rather then
perfection. When I am depressed I have to move to walk or run. I tried anti-depressants but the side affects are not good. For the time being, I will continue to either ride my bike or walk it off. Good luck with your progress.

Hi Pearl, Please make yourself at home. As you can read, some already know what it is like. Hang in there and talk to us.

Hey Pearl, you can write and share pretty much whatever you like in here. I have shared my using as well as my clean time. I have shared my thoughts and things that have been going on in my life. The peeps in here are very supportive with anything that we might need support with, not only recovery. Happy 24. Hold you head up high.

Oh, yeah, I have severe clinical depression as well, so I understand how that can get.

It sounds so cliche, but when I work with someone else, it just helps the depression so much. It always helps me.

Hi Pearl, I have over twenty years in recovery. I look at depression as something that I have to work with. Usually by letting go.

If you relapse, forgive yourself. No one is perfect. Go back to your program. We all love and support people in recovery.
