Be quiet spirit it's time to rest
In life today you've given your best
Gave your hand to the new man
Done your best at home to understand
Applied the steps through out your day
Now it's time for me to pray
Be quiet spirit it's time to rest
All day long you have been blessed
If God grants us another day
We shall go out and give it away
Let us pray and go to sleep
We gave it away so we could keep
In His grace all through this day
So now my spirit I will say
Be quiet it's time to rest
