Feeling very alone

If anyone is onliine could you let me knoww that I am not alone. I am struggling to stay clean and really want it but it hurts so much. Any good meditations out there?

Hey Beth a I know just how you feel. Working on 72 hours. feels like an eternity. I'm getting great support form this site, and talking with others. I don't want to use either but I think about it all the time. They say this is normal for an addict. I wish I had some sense of what normal felt like right now. Anyway keep your head up. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We are in this together. Be Blessed.

You definitely aren't alone. Stay online, or go to online meetings or f2f meetings - whatever it takes to get you through the next week! After the first week I always feel it gets easier.
