Welcome, Beth!!! You are not alone. Just take it one minute, one hour, one day at a time. For me, meetings are extremely important. Have you been making it to meetings?

Hey Beth a I know just how you feel. Working on 72 hours. feels like an eternity. I'm getting great support form this site, and talking with others. I don't want to use either but I think about it all the time. They say this is normal for an addict. I wish I had some sense of what normal felt like right now. Anyway keep your head up. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We are in this together. Be Blessed.

Hi Beth-
You definitely aren't alone. Stay online, or go to online meetings or f2f meetings - whatever it takes to get you through the next week! After the first week I always feel it gets easier.
Hang in there!
