Hi everyone - i am new to NA and just started my recovery from using crack. Crack is evil and has ruined my life, but i am slowly getting it back. I first started going to NA meetings back in Nov. I would have had 30 days clean on xmas day, but i relapsed last wednesday, so now i am starting over again. crack took over my life and ruined a wonderful relationship. we had been together 2 years before crack entered into our relationship. it took us over and down the path to hell. near the end, we became each others enemy. unfortunately, in order for me to stop using, i had to kick him out - plus, i ran out of money and lost my job to support our habit. i am slowly getting my old self back, but miss him terribly - and wish to hell i had money and a job! we still talk now and then, but everytime we talk, we just play mind games with each other and hurt each other. we just have so much anger and resentment against each other right now.

Welcome to Cyber Recovery! I know where you are coming from. Drugs/alcohol ruined my last relationship--we were together over 3 years before he started using again. We met in a recovery program, so he was clean when I met him. I, of course, had my own struggles with addiction--primary choice being alcohol.

I've got 66+ days now--just starting over again myself. You are not alone. Remember--you have a HP (Higher Power) watching over you.:93:
