Vibrating in ear when drinking.

I just want to know the answer to this (in case it is important) and then move on.

I realised the last few times I drank that I'd get something vibrating in my ear. It could have been happening before that, but I have a way of tuning out bodily complaints. I don't get it at other times.

Does anyone know what is going on here?
