I really call this my spiritual birthday so go by the Hebrew calendar. This usually falls in December but this year was January 1.

Hi, I'm new to this , so am bumbling through. If I get something wrong please let me know. My sobriety birthday is December 31, 1978. I used any number of other drugs and in fact had quit drinking about two months before this date. I used pot the last time on December 30, so December 31 was my first full day drug and acohol free.
