gratful

I so gratful to be clean and sober today. It feels good to get out of bed in the morning and not have to rely on a drink or drug to cope with my day. I will have 13 months god willing on Saturday and in that short period of time my life has gotten so much better. Im there for my family now and I have a much better outlook on life. For me acceptance and gratitude are the biggest parts of my recovery. Im new here and look forward to chatting with fellow alchoholics and addicts. Thank God for AA and the fellowship and program.Thank you higher power for another day clean and sober.:1:
