alcoholism among youth

what do you guys think about the development of alcoholism among youth?
it seems like more and more underage youth start to drink..

It scares me. My daughter is only 13. There have been one to many alcohol deaths in mn and wi, all od's from alcohol. I pray every night my daughter will not follow the path of despair.

I have 3 teenage daughters - 19, 16, 14. So far none have any desire to drink alcohol, do drugs or smoke cigarettes. They claim seeing me in my cups when they were young made them that way. I continue to pray and put them in God's hands.

My children are 20 (twins), 18, 17, 14. To date, the 14 yr old is the only one who hasn't tried any mind altering substances. It is scary. I talk to my kids, very frankly, about everything.

They've all come to meetings at one time or another. All I can do is show them where the solution is and hold them up to my Higher Power in prayer.
