Feeling and emotions

hell lately am feeling drained,bored weary a variety of emotions is going on I was intending to go to a face to face meeting this morning here I am stuck on this computer again help am having mixed emotions.Can someone also tell me how to retrieve my messages and how to get na,aa ea tapes for myself or can someone send a newcomer/five yrs some am crazy as helltoday.
