Father God,
Tell me Father, how do I stay in today? How do I keep in the moment and avoid returning to the past? How can I stay out of tomorrow? How can I start my day over?
These are the things I need to learn if I am to remain sober and sane.
Hear my plea dear Father, and come to me in my dreams. Take away the pain that torments my head. Help me to help myself. I ask this Father God, because it's Your will, not mine.
