Hi my names Tera. Im 29yrs old and a meth addict. Ive been using for about 6yrs now and Im just so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I just wanted to meet people who can understand what Im going through and not be so quick to judge me because I am more than just a meth addict I just need a little support

Welcome to CRF, its nice to meet you.
I do understand "exactly" what you are saying.....I am an alcholic and a meth addict. Ive done just about everything but at 21 is when i first tried meth and i was on that marry-go-round for 10yrs. Finally at 31yrs of age i began to get clean and sober, the exact day was aug,31,2003 (its been 4yrs 7mon 16days).
I am so glad you are reaching out for help that is soooo wonderful.
I do understand when you say your tired of being judged for being a meth addict and exactly how you are feeling. We are all here for you for what ever you may need or want to talk about. You can also PM me if you would like to talk,

:17: Hi tera, glad you are here. I am Jan recovering alcoholic/addict. It helps to be with folks who know what we are going through here.You are in the right place. I have been judged for being a christian who happens to be alcoholic/addict. For some reason some feel we are to be perfect. We are all human and in recovery from different addictions. I also go to Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. I suggest going to an NA meeting, there also you will find support. We stay clean and sober One day at a time. Hang in there. :42:

Tera welcome. You are in the right place. Go to a lot of meetings. Find some women you trust and stay close to them...The sacriest thing for me when I first got here was not knowing what to do with myself, by learning and following these 12 Steps I learned to deal with life on lifes terms.
