He is All
Colossians 3:10
Pastor Carl H Stevens
Remember that God is sovereign. His plan is perfect. Since He is righteous (2), He will deal with us in perfect justice. Since God is just (3), He will never do anything that is unfair, and He is love (4), He will love us in each situation of need. In John 14:19b, Jesus said, "Because I live, ye shall live also." Since God is omniscient, He knew about our trials and heartaches long before we experience them. Since God is omnipotent and all powerful, He gives us strength to overcome any temptation that may come from Satan or the flesh. Since God is omnipresent, He is right here wherever we are, as the object of our healing, forgiveness, and growth. God is immutable; He will never change His attitude of love toward us (5). God is filled with grace (6). He will supply our needs according to our capacity to believe in Him as the object of our lives, and the subject of our being.
Trust in Him today. Trust Him for your healing, for your finances or your business adventure. Trust Him for your loneliness. Think on the truths in His Word and be encouraged.
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
Colossians 3:10
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
2 Timothy 4:8
Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;
2 Thessalonians 1:6
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
1 John 4:8
For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
Malachi 3:6
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
1 Peter 5:10
