Hello, my name is Kathie G., age 46 and I am a grateful, recovering alcoholic. I've been sober six months and three weeks. It has been an incredible experience. I love the program and try to attend one meeting per day (and am usually successful lol) and two on Saturday. I am embracing the rebuilding of my life. I still stumble and fall on my face often, but ... I try to learn from each mistake. I'm working the steps and am currently working on my 4th step, which is taking me way longer then I had hoped.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! on your six months and 3 weeks that is wonderful.
The 4th and 5th steps for me were the hard ones to get through, but wow sticking with it and putting my all into it, i was awe struck and sooo very thankful i did it. So if it does take ya a bit thats ok cause you will really grow and be so amazed and thankful.

I wanted to get step 4 out of the way so I could go on to the other steps,but it wasnot easy. Congrats on your sober time and welcome!
