My name is Mommsie and I've been a codependent for about 12 years and doing ok for myself until now. Now I am trying to help my son's girlfriend understand codependency. And, I was hoping to find her a support group to go to in her area (north of Toronto) - does anyone know of a CODA group in York Region?

Im from utah so i wouldn't know where to find one in your area but i just wanted to take a moment and welcome you here. There are some forums here that deal with the issues you are having and they may be of some help also so just make yourself at home and look around
