It's Bacon!

A friend had sent me a YouTube link the other day about a small restaurant in Snook TX that made it's name with chicken fried bacon. Watching it, I was salivating all over my keyboard.....I had to try it. Not living particularly close to Snook TX, I figured I had to make it myself. So last night being another potluck night, (Glendale Appreciation)(group has been potlucking for 47 years), I thought I'd try it out. Basic recipe is like any other chicken fried meat. The only difference is you use Bacon. Thick slice. Half the folks thought it was catfish, the other half had no clue. But everyone liked it. Dipped in white gravy, I could feel my arteries clogging. ****, it were good.....
