Keys To Personal & Spiritual Growth
1. Attention - being disciplined and committed to make and take
the time to explore who we are.
2. Intention - being clear, positive, and purposeful in all that
we do.
3. Intuition - becoming more open, aware, impersonal, inclusive,
universal, and relaxed and playful.
4. Tension - recognizing and accepting the signs of transition.
Remember: if there is no tension, there is no growth.
5. Meditation - using this tool to progressively connect with our
senses, calm the mind, contemplate abstract qualities and then
use intuition to connect with the divine.
6. Action - acting through awareness, and not just reacting.
Having some disciplined routines. "Intuit and Do it."
7. Acceptance - learning to embrace everything with gratitude, as
all is divine. Resistance creates separation.
8. Mind Development - broadening our minds, strengthening our
will, developing more awareness and focus.
9. Taming our Emotions - becoming aware of and acknowledging
emotions, learning not to react to them, and exploring them for
insights.
10. Physical Responsibility - honoring our bodies and the natural
laws that govern our physical form.
