Rough day today, so I googled "alcoholics anonymous wisdom" and found this site, and allaflutter's list (sorry, I don't have the link). It helped me out. My favorites from the list are (paraphrased):

hey nnns - i was talking with you the other night i think on the 12 step chat meeting - thanks for your words and i am doing better -3days clean and the fog is going away i am feeling better. just wondering how you are doing? hope to keep talking to you.
