Emergency Chocolate Cake

What alcoholic doesnt like cake and coffee? This is made ina coffee cup! This is so easy and good! DO NOT use sugar, use the Splenda ,the sugar does not blend well in the microwave.

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons Flour
4 Tablespoons Splenda
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons Milk
3 Tablespoons Oil
3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
1 Microwave Safe Coffee Mug

Directions: Mix dry ingredients into coffee mug. Mix in egg. Mix in milk and oil. Mix in chocolate chips. Microwave for 3 minutes. Frost if you like and enjoy!

4! :eek: now you need another microwave LOL. This is really good, you may have to play around with the time, do it as directed first, then adjust if need be.
