Hello, I am a 67 year old alcoholic. I have been through Rehab 3 times. At the moment I am in aftercare. I have been sober since the end of July. I attend AA meetings at least 1x weekly and also my aftercare group weekly. With God's help and the help of my family and friends I will be able to stay sober this time. It is nice to be here with you. lbjack:15:

Just wanted to share something I heard in a meeting:

"You are never too young to die and never too old to learn how to live"

I heard this just when I was moping about how long it took me to finally get to the program......by the grace of God, I survived long enough to walk through the doors to a new way of life.:42:
