I have been drinking myself into a stupor for about 4 years now, blacking out at night, not knowing what I have said or done. I cannot seem to stop!

Hi, welcome. I am new to this forum. However, I can identify with what you have written. I was the same when I was still drinking and it was only when I was sick and tired of being sick and tired that I reached out for help. I found the help in needed in AA. I suggest you look up AA in your local telephone directory and give them a call. I met people in AA who understand me and what was more they understood how I felt.
