Prayer for Young People
O God, we pray and beseech you
to guide and protect young people
from the dangers that are ever present in our world today.
Be with them, as they experience both sickness and health,
sorrow and joy,
loneliness and friendship,
success and failure.
Gracious God,
give to them the courage and strength
to make the right decisions
as they journey through life.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit,
may they come to know and experience your loving care.
We make this prayer through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, I am amazed at all the good advice that I have discovered in Your Word. Lord, give me the grace to implement it into my daily living. Help me to lead a disciplined life, so that I am able to be a good steward over all that You have entrusted to me. Thank you for Your daily provision. Give me Your plans, so that I might order my home and business according to Your Will for my life. Give me divine ideas to help me conquer the areas in my life where I am attempting to solve problems that I have not been able to overcome, as of yet. I am thankful that in Christ, all things are possible, and that we are promised victory through the power of the Holy Spirit! I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Dear Lord, I can't be considered a true disciple of Yours on Sundays unless I strive EVERY DAY for higher ground in my spiritual walk. ... Help me daily to refuse anything in action or thought that would pull me away from You. Fill me, Lord, with an intense desire to be as righteous as You want me to be.
In Your holy name I pray.
Amen.

Strong in Christ
Ephesians 6:10-12
Dear Father, King, and Commander of the holy armies,
Though you have lifted me up to reign in the heavenly places with Christ, remind me that your armies are engaged in a fierce struggle to take earth for heaven.
Don't let me relax as if there is no war going on. This is not a time of peace. Never let me let down my guard and fail to look to my armament. May I be strong in you and in the strength of your might!
In the name of Jesus, the faithful warrior, I pray. Amen.
