Well tonight my sons GF gave birth to a baby boy Mason Evan W. 6lbs 2.5oz 19" tall something and is healthy.

I have been so down lately with myself and life and today I was watching Doctor Phil which helped me to look at things a little different and than when I got that news around 6pm tonight I have been really high on life. :) natural high and really happy. gosh I wish I could stay that way all the time.

But let me tell ya I am going to cherish this moment that is for sure.
