I messed up=/

Hey guys, I made a bad decision last night. I was out with my girlfriend, and we had this idea that we'd have a few drinks and go chill out at a party. We ended up intoxicated and me driving home. Now in hindsight I knew better than to pull a stunt like this, and I feel like an idiot. Yea I wanted to drink, and it's not like anyone forced me to do it, but I thought that I could keep it controlled since alcohol isn't my drug of choice=/ Just kinda gettin this off my chest, but any advice will be appreciated. Thanks all

Don't be too hard on yourself, Seth. This disease we have is powerful and you aren't the first one to think that you could indulge in a substance because it isn't your drug of choice. I have learned that I must abstain from ALL MOOD ALTERING SUBSTANCES. My disease is cunning and will get me one way or the other if I don't remember this. Just learn from this experience and know that you never have to do that again. Keep coming back.:42:
