You Know You're Getting Old When...
- You wonder why everyone is starting to mumble.
- You finally find something you've been looking for, for ages, but
can't remember WHY you wanted it.
- You can't finish a conversation because you don't remember what you were talking about.
- You can't be tried by a jury of your peers, because there are none.
- You're sitting on a park bench, and a Boy Scout comes up and helps you cross your legs.
- It takes a couple of tries to get over a speed bump.
- You walk with your head high, trying to get used to your bifocals.
- Your little black book contains only names ending in M.D.
- In the morning you hear snap, crackle and pop and you're eating oatmeal.
