Again you have touched me with your gentle way. Your wisdom and insight have given me strength. As I have said many times my love, my cup runneth over. God has blessed me with you; my "missing pieces". I searched my whole life in vain for something that only you had. In my desire to control my life, I lost it. In my desperate need to look only through my own eyes I was blinded. My pride drove me further and further away from what I needed most, then at last when my hopeless search had failed in total darkness. I fell to my knees and asked my father to send me his light, he flooded it upon me and I could see only you.
God did not bless me with a vast enough vocabulary to express with the least bit of clarity what having you in my life means to me. But he has seen fit to bless me with you. Jesus is a lamp unto my feet, but you are the light by which I can see, my inspiration to seek God, motivation to hope, and my anchor to truth. On your example I will grow my life. I will endeavor to become all that God intended me to be so you can lean on me when you are weary.
Through you, God has blessed me with, hope, kindness, joy, peace, and love. His kindness and grace are without measure. Thank you; father for you abundant love, and your unceasing care. Through you father I have life, and through you my "missing pieces", I can live it.
