Just a quick hello. I am a 43 year old woman from Wisconsin. I am dual diagnosed (sp) with both alcoholism and bi polar disorder. Sober 31 days and being med compliant ( this has always been a stuggle with me) I actually feel good and pretty stable. I realize I am in the early babystep part of my journey, but feel this foundation is pretty solid for the first time in many many many efforts.

I look forward to getting to know you all, and recieving your support and advice, and hope to return the same.
