need help from administrators

When I click on thanks I get a vbulletin that states I don't have permission to access the page. It's been going on for days now.

Akmost every time I pust or try to read a post I recieve a message that says I have choosen not to follow forum rules and if I choose to finally do so click here or hit back button. I do that and I am sent to MY home page. not on the site or sites home page or any explaination of what rule I didnt follow so not to make same mistake??/ What is it I am doing wrong?
