hi david---i think what's happend is that bluidkiti used to ask someone to post a new topic every week--now, with a new site owner, that doesn't happen, which is ok-----sooooooo i'll post a topic that might be good for now-----How do you deal with Change???????? Do you welcome it and adapt----or do you hide from it????????
