I didn't get in today, they called me at 7 am and said that the bed they thought was going to open up didn't. So they said I should be able to get in tomorrow at 9am. Please pray that I do. We are staying at a hotel and it's not exactly cheap :smile: . It was nice to spend one last day with my kids in a different city. It felt like vacation. We were able to go to the state capitol building and the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, which I had never been to. Afterwards we went to a crab shack and ate, it was awesome! So I had a good day, but I'm ready to detox already and get better.

So pray you don't see me on here tomorrow!!!:195:

jollygirl,Great to here you are in detox,only we can decide when we have reached the end of the road of using.I am glad you have children,they are the most important thing.You getting clean and being around for them in the future will be big time.They will just remember mommy went on a short vacation to get better and learn a new way to live.N.A. works if we let it in. .Keep Coming Back,It Works If You Want It.

I do pray you get in at the very next opening but what a wonderful day with your family first. Wow sounds like you had a very wonderful day to spend with your kids.

I am praying that you get into the Detox Center. I am glad you got to spend such a wonderful day with your kids. They will remember that quality time you were able to spend with them, before they remember this time away. I agree they can think of it like mommy took a little trip (vacation). You are doing this so you can be the right mommy that God intended you to be. Good luck in your journey and remember one day at a time and God answers all prayers, but in his time.:12::169::195::85::195::12:
