(HI! Tori!) I love the meeting way of saying hello and greeting everyone by thier first name.

Found this awesome site today while researching info re: detaching from family relationships and found some great experience, strength and hope already!

Currently, I am sober for quite a couple of years but still need help setting boundaries, healing relationships and communication. Feel way toooo much responsibilty for stuff, but freeze up about deciding on the next action.

And welcome!! I too need help with these things. So far, for me, my sponsor and some long term sober women have really been a blessing!! I can really relate to the "freeze up" part. :mrgreen:

Codependent No More: How to Stop Controlling Others and Start Caring for Yourself,,, that is very good.
