I am from Eastern Europe, 10 years cocaine addict and most probably an alcoholic as both addictions walk hand by hand here and finally taken decision to fight with it before it ruins my life completely....

so before I try to have a couple of hrs of sleep Ill share a bit more...

28 years old now but feeling at least 20 more. Exactly 10 years sinceI joined the perpetual party and never stopped. Cocaine has always been giving me my life direction and only now is that I can realize it... Pity. The first years I wasnt so heavily addicted, or atleast didnt think so. But anuone whos in my position knows what i am talking about - the white devil becomes your N1 priority and the worst thing is - you cannot socialize with ppl anymore, cant go out for a drink and chat and so on and on...Drinking walks hand by hand with the cocaine problem so I am an alcoholic now too... Started to earn lots of cash at a very early age and perhaps thats the rason I fell in the trap so easy. Now dunno what to do..

Welcome, Zahari! You've come to the right place to get support. Have you tried looking for CA or NA meetings in your area? There are even AA & NA meetings in Moscow. *I didn't know that...*

Hi and welcome. You never have to use or drink again. You may want to start off with a detox and rehab or if you cannot then as suggested above you can go to AA or NA. There are meetings all around the world. I do hope you'll come back to share with us, we do understand and are willing ot support you as your start on your way to recovery.

I am in Eastern Europe, not Russia, a country in the balkans region. The AA movement here is at a real primate level and focused mainly at heroin addicts. The cocaine problem is still heavily underestimated here, nevermind the evergrowing demand of a constanst supply!

IMO cocaine addicts are far more than heroin and there is no official stat of it...

its quite a limited market here but the geografical situation of the country is perfect to redistribute for almost all of the rest of EU. And a small portion stays here....

few years ago a real close friend of mine dared to steal almost 600 kg of the original south america delivery for half of EU... he did it... lived almost 2 weeks with the feeling of being a multi millioneire... the gringos doesnt really care if the problem is in S. Amerika or the other end of the world... I was waiting for him to watch the CL final at my place. Only the shots I remember.. and the body I was forced to walk over by the ..... cops.....

There are relatively few AA meetings in Eastern Europe from what I can deduct.

Feeling really down ATMO as I couldnt find the strenght lately to start what I have promised here. Things are getting worse every day and the worst of all is that I am falling apart in the very moment I should be rock solid - expecting a baby in a matter of weeks, building a new home for my love and the kid and also trying to beat the fukin recession and save my ass...never thought by the way that legal busines means such an effort and dedication and often things are uglier than what Ive been involved before. So now here I am....waiting for my love to pick me up from a place, stoned again and ready to give her the biggest disapointment in her life. Just when I have almost fooled her I have got ridden of the devil inside me....
