was the date i got up and decided enough was enough..i crawled through yesterday and prayed for guidance..i got up this morning (day2)and found this site..from answered e-mails to an AA member spending 2 hours with me, i cant say how grateful enough..

Welcome! Keep coming back. Life is so much better sober. As Al said, one day at a time. Sometimes we have to do it one moment at a time. Look around and read. Go to your AA meetings. They will get you on the right track.
