I remember when i first came in feeling that i was unique. I felt no one was as bad a person as i was and that no one would like me because of it or ever understand me. Through the love and words of the people in the 12-step program they said, "We are not bad people trying to get good, but sick people getting better". Through working the 12-steps with my sponsor and guidance from God today my self-esteem is better and i am getting better.
I dont know for sure what you meant unique, but that is where my mind took me when i read what you wrote. Glad you are here.

thank you your quote hit home it has been a problem in the past but i can do all things threw christ that strengthens me. I feel like im starting a journey I started a long time ago.
