Treasure
The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps. (Proverbs 16:9)

We all want something. Whether good or bad, worthwhile or not, it's a treasure to us. And we plan. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. (Matthew 6:21)
Worst of all is fool's gold- the treasure of our self determined plans. Real treasure of true satisfaction are in God's plan for you and me. Let us surrender our plans to God. Let's pray.
Lord Jesus, "You make known the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore." We surrender our plans to you- help us to keep trusting you.
We trust your promise, and surrender the plan of our own strength. Wake us up to life and peace- in your promise that cannot fail- in you. Amen.
Today's very great and precious promise
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for wholeness and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11)
We have God's Word on it.
