Strategy: "A way of organizing your resources to consistently produce a desired result."

People, time, money, tools...these are some of the obvious resources we have available to us. But today I want to talk to you about the most valuable resource that you have. Your mind.

Specifically, I want you to start looking at your thoughts simply as resources for you to choose from. Rather than commands you must obey.

A strategy I use to remain in control of my thoughts, and to rise above the drama of my own conflicting mental impulses, is to view my thoughts as either positive or negative.

I have organized my thoughts in a certain way, that allows me to consistently remain clear and sober in mind, body and spirit.

What are some of your strategies for sobriety? What are some of the resources you have available to help you?
I challenge you to list at least 5 great resources that you have.
