Problem uploading avatar

Hi,

I'm having a problem uploading my avatar (it is the "correct" dimension and size - I used the same avatar previously at the "other" cyberrecovery site(s)). I'm assuming I have the correct "privileges" to upload , but I just get a vague, general error message, telling me that I can't upload. Any advice?

"Upload of file failed." The bizarre problem is that I can "see" my avatar when I click on the link, "Edit Profile Picture", but can't upload it...

Right now the size should be 80 x 80 and no more than 19k. I have not yet found where to increase the size of the avatars. I plan to do so. I don't think size matters though because it appears this board automatically adjusts the image. I do know we can't use .png images. .jpg and .gif are excepted. I tried to add a .png image I had been using and it wouldn't allow it. Please continue to bear with us as we are still familiarizing ourselves this this new board. We are looking into the problem.

If you like you can send me the image to look at in either pm or email, that might help me to figure out what the problem is.
