Hi i am Jen drug addict,alcoholic.newly clean and sober again after a short relapse.Thanks to my higher and AA i got another chance at recovery and im so greatful for that alot of people i knew did'nt make it back. I'm a single mom of a soon to be 6yr old daughter 2 days till her b-day:eek: I am so happy i found this website it can be really hard to get to a meeting everyday take care of my daughter myself and work.This is great for days i can't make it to a meeting. Looking foward to meeting other addicts and alcoholics.:smile:

Hi Jen, :58: I must be Grandmother type. My children are 32 and almost 35.

I was glad to start my recovery when my children were 12 and 10. My 12 year old made me a poster of snoopy and woodchuck. One said take your own inventory. I thought that was neat that he thought I should work on myself. I knew I'd be a better mother and person if I did. :smile:
