Cheeseburger Macaroni

2 1/2 lbs ground beef
4 cups macaroni noodles
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 TB chopped onion or minced onion
1 TS garlic powder
salt (add to taste)
black pepper (add to taste)
16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Ground beef, drain off grease. Add can of cream of mushroom soup, green pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt and black pepper to ground beef and mix. Simmer for just a little bit until green peppers are soft. I usually add just a little water to ground beef mixture when simmering.
Cook macaroni noodles according to instructions on the box.
Mix ground beef mixture and macaroni noodles together. In casserole dish, pour in half of ground beef/macaroni mixture then sprinkle on 8 oz of shredded sharp cheddar cheese - covering layer and sprinkle on parmesan cheese, pour in rest of ground beef/macaroni mixture and sprinkle on rest of shredded sharp cheddar cheese and sprinkle on parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Can omit cream of mushroom soup, green pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder and Parmesan Cheese from recipe. May use different type of cheeses and may also add some other vegetables like carrots, celery, mushrooms and/or peas to the recipe.

Hey Cool Tammy, thankyou for posting this one, and I am glad you reposted the lasagne one also!!!! Your banana bread is the same recipe I have, we call it a 'loaf' same same I guess and I make it it goes in one sitting (and I usually do a double)!!!! with bananas at the price of up to $17.00 /kg at the moment we aren't even eating them raw let alone squashed.....a tip for really good moisty banana loaf is to let the bananas go as black and squishy as yuck and then you can squeeze them out of their skins like a tube of toothpast....the aicds created lighten and moisten the loaf soooooooo yummy!!!!!, my favourite is to top it with lemon icing. mmmmmm, making me hungry thinking about it!!!!

My oldest daughter makes a banana bread that is very, very moist. Of course, she makes it different. I think one thing she does is puts more bananas in hers and plus she puts it in the fridge and likes to eat it cold. A loaf of banana bread around here made either way goes pretty fast. :1:
