Quick and easy, kids love it, so do we!

One to two pounds of ground chuck
One family size can cream of mushroom soup
Can of milk
Three cups of water
One and a half cup of rice
Seasoning salt
Ground black pepper

Brown a pound or so of ground chuck, drain
Add one family size can of cream of mushroom soup, one can milk
Add several dashes of seasoning salt
Add several dashes of ground pepper

Boil three cups of water, add one and a half cup of rice

Add the chuck, mushroom soup to the rice and mix well with wooden spoon.
We usually serve by it self, however a side of broccoli or white corn is an awesome complement.

I actually did make this dish yesterday but also included some other chopped vegetables in the mix and replaced the milk w/ a TB of sour cream and water. My family loved it! Thanks for the recipe snugsnug. :1:

yea any-meat-type substitute will work, the venison might require a little oil to brown it in.

Is this meal heart friendly and low chloresterol free?

You can leave out the ground chuck and add some of your favorite cut up vegetables and/or maybe substitute the ground chuck with ground turkey breast. For the milk, you can use skim milk. You can also substitute fat free sour cream for the cream of mushroom or do half of each. :1:
