WARNING! This is not a low cal recipe. You can substitute low cal ingred though.

1 lb ground chuck or hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 beef boullion cube (dissolved in a cup of hot water first)
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
6 ounces tomato paste
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese - softened
8 ounces cottage cheese
2 eggs - whipped
8 lasagna noodles - cooked and drained
4 ounces sliced pepperoni (chopped up or whole - whatever you like)
8 ounces mozzerella cheese -shredded
1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese - grated

Brown meat and onion together. Drain excess liquid.

Add Parsley Flakes, Boullion cube dissolved in water, all seasonings, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer 30 minutes.

While sauce is simmering you can prepare the cheese mixture:
Combine sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese and eggs. I use a hand held blender. Beat this mixture well.

Spoon a small amount of meat sauce into a 13 inch by 9 inch pan.
Layer with half the noodles, the cheese mixture, pepperoni, remaining noodles, remaining meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle Parmeasean Cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serves 8 to 10 people. Also freezes nicely after cutting into squares for quick lunch on weekends.

I didn't take the time to convert to metric. Hope you don't mind.
