Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

EASY PLEASING MEATLOAF


2 lb. Ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. (6 ¼ oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix - any flavor
2 eggs beaten
½ cup catsup or barbecue sauce, divided

Mix 1 cup water, meat, contents of stuffing mix pouch, eggs and ¼ cup catsup. Shape meat mixture into 1 or 2 oval loaves in center of 13 x 9 metal baking pan, top with remaining ¼ cup catsup. Bake at 400F for 1 hour for 1 loaf OR 30-35 minutes for 2 loaves or until cooked through.

I bought the stove stop stuffing for this the other day. Plan on making it sometime next week.

I also found this recipe online ... it said any flavor Stove Top Dressing. I'll edit the recipe to reflect that.
