This recipe is a cross between a brownie and a cake - teens love it! (Me too!)
1 stick margarine
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
3 eggs
1 box light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
chopped pecans (1 cup or more)
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT pecans together with a hand held mixer until well blended. Fold in pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees in a greased baking pan for 25-30 minutes. Let cool, then slice into squares. Yum!
