Chinese Cabbage Slaw
1 16 oz package coleslaw mix
2 bunches green onions – chopped
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 pkg. ramen soup mix (oriental), keep seasoning package for dressing
Mix all ingredients together.
Dressing:
1 cup salad oil
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 pkg. seasoning from ramen soup mix
Add dressing over cabbage mixture just before you serve it.
Doubles for large gatherings except do the dressing 1 1/2x ... otherwise it is too much.
